RICHARD ROHDE
Rich's extensive leadership and impressive finance career spans over 25 years with the majority of his efforts dedicated to sale leaseback transactions. He's focused on providing a level of advice, convenience, and service that his clients expect.
Rich is a former U.S. Marine serving our embassies in Bogota, Colombia, and Quito, Ecuador. On his time off he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and spending the winters at his office in S.W. Florida.
DAVID THORNBURG
David spent 20+ years in the banking industry focused on financing commercial real estate and equipment. He gained extensive knowledge in underwriting as well as building relationships with key lending sources. David uses that knowledge to help his clients find the best fit for their real estate financing needs, one of which is the sale leaseback product.

A native of Iowa, he went to college in Iowa and Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing and reading.
